Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days from when your package arrives to submit a contact form for a refund or re-ship for any in house products.

Defected Product

Should any merchandise arrive broken or defective, a re-ship of that item or a refund will be issued. 

 

**Proof pictures will be required

Refunds & Returns

Full refunds will be given to those who wish to return an undamaged product, shipping will be at the buyers expense.

POLICY EXCEPTIONS

The following is non-refundable:

  • Gift Cards

  • Graphic Design Services

  • Custom Products

  • Items purchased on clearance

The Process

  1. To begin the return/refund process, click here or the button at the bottom of the instructions to fill out a contact form.

  2. Enter your info, an email address we can reach you at, and select return & refund as the issue.

  3. If a product was damaged upon arrival, upload a picture in the allowed area.

  4. Click submit and somebody will be in touch about how to return the item and receive a refund or re-ship.

  • Once the item is back in our possession and passes our damage inspection, a full refund will be issued.

  • Processing time varies depending on payment method, bank card provider, shipping location, and the time it takes for the return item to arrive.
